This page holds the request form for Jadebrook Commercial Capital in Boone, North Carolina and explains what follows it: a conversation about the purpose, a funding partner's review, any records the partner names, and a written offer the owner can accept or decline. It also explains what a term sheet is and how it relates to the final agreement.
Filling In the Request Form, One Field at a Time
- Type your full name, phone number, email and company name.
- Pick the range that fits for time in business, for yearly revenue and for the amount you are asking for.
- Read the consent box wording, then check the box and send.
- Talk the request through on the follow-up call; a funding partner then reviews it.
Nothing is attached to the form. Statements and returns enter later, limited to what a partner asks to see.
What Is a Term Sheet for a Business Loan Application? A Partner Buy-In Example
A term sheet is a short summary of proposed terms that a funding partner can issue before the full agreement: the amount, the rate or pricing, the length, the payment, the security and the conditions still to be met. For an associate buying into a practice, it can also state what the partner needs to see before closing, such as the signed buy-in agreement. A term sheet is not the final agreement, and its terms can change if the conditions are not met. The term loan page covers buy-ins in more detail.
Business Loan Documents a Partner Can Name After the Form
Each partner names its own list. It can include recent business bank statements, the latest business tax returns, a profit and loss statement and balance sheet, owner identification, and the quote, invoice or purchase agreement behind the request. The request steps show which records fit which product.
Reading the Consent Box Before Sending
The consent box at the end of the form is required: the form cannot be sent without it. It covers how Jadebrook and its partners may contact you about the request. Read the full wording before checking it; the SMS terms linked at the foot of each page explain how text messages work.
